The bus lists and groups for counting are now on the door of D5.  Please check them so that you get on the right bus.
Also, there will be a brief meeting in the centre of D block at break time on Thursday 9th.  Everyone must attend.CL

Disneyland Paris Trip
Could all pupils please attend an important meeting at Wednesday lunchtime at 1.25 in P25
(Miss Brown’s Room).  It is VITAL that all pupils attend as important information is going to be distributed.  You will be unable to travel without receiving this information!!  Thank you. LB

All members, without exception are required to attend the meeting tonight in P3. Those who were absent last week and did not give apologies for absence must make a special effort to attend.

Eisteddfod Competitions
School Council
The school council is hoping to set up a website called “Our Voice” as a way of letting all pupils of Porthcawl know of the terrific things that are going on. As part of the UNCRC it is everyone’s right to get heard and be involved in decisions that affect them. So …as part of the off-stage Eisteddfod event we are inviting ALL YEAR GROUPS to take part in a competition to design this new logo.
Submissions for entry must be handed in to your year school councillor or to Mrs N Thomas (office next to G19) by Friday 24th February. Please include your name, form and house on the back.

PSE
As part of the school’s celebration of the London Olympics and Paralympics 2012, ALL YEAR GROUPS are invited to get set… by designing and making an Olympic torch.
If you wish to enter this competition then your entry must be handed into your Head of Year by Friday 24th February 2012.

Tuesday after school – Meet Mrs Pleydell-Pearces’s room G18.

In M3 at lunchtime at 13.45 with Miss Williams.

Drama Club at lunchtime in Dance Studio

Yr 11 German
Extra help revision sessions are now running every Tuesday lunchtime in P25 with Miss Brown.

Animation Club
Learn to animate.  Beginners class to make characters, creatures and make you own games.
